Hi, I’m Debra — and for nearly 30 years, I’ve been helping little ones learn, play, and grow. I run The Nanny Daycare out of my home in SE Portland, keeping things simple, safe, and welcoming — just the way it should be.

I care for a small group of six kids at a time, so every child gets the attention they need. Around here, you’ll find lots of toys, fresh air when the Portland sun comes out, and a warm, familiar face every morning. No fancy programs, just good old-fashioned care and a lot of heart.

I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I especially love working with first-time parents — helping new moms feel comfortable and supported. Over the years, hundreds of families have trusted me with their little ones, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them thrive (and sometimes even checking back in years later).
